Refund, Changes & Cancellations Policy

At Whipped Cupcakery, every order is prepared fresh and specifically for you. Because of this, we carefully plan ingredients, decorations, and production time around each order.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact Whipped Cupcakery as soon as possible.

Changes requested within seven (7) calendar days of your scheduled pickup or delivery date may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Because custom desserts are made specifically for each customer, deposits and payments are generally non-refundable once ingredients have been purchased or production has begun.

Orders canceled close to the event date may not be eligible for a refund.

Payment

Payment requirements will be outlined on your estimate or invoice.

Orders requiring specialty ingredients, custom decorations, or reserved production time may require a deposit to secure the order. Your order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been received.

Any remaining balance must be paid by the due date listed on your invoice. Late or unpaid balances may result in cancellation of the order.

Product Quality & Care

Our cupcakes and desserts are baked fresh using quality ingredients, including real butter, cream, chocolate, and other premium ingredients. Proper storage and handling are important to maintaining their quality.

We provide care and storage recommendations with your order. Because our products contain real butter and chocolate, warm temperatures may cause frosting to soften and chocolate decorations to melt. Products should be kept in a cool location, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat, and should never be left in a warm vehicle.

Whipped Cupcakery cannot guarantee product quality once products have left our care.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing every order. If you believe your order was incorrect or damaged when received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis.
