I’m a classically trained pastry chef who moved from California in 2020, and every item I offer is handcrafted by me, from start to finish. I create all of my own recipes and bake everything from scratch—no mixes, no shortcuts. I use premium ingredients and source locally whenever possible, because I believe real food, made with care, just tastes better.
